Methodology:
The program uses adult learning methodologies such as presentations, group discussions, Group activities, case studies, quizzes, knowledge tests and feedback, etc. selected based on progress of participants’ learning.
Faculty: Dr. John Varghese has more than four decades of work experience including consultancy, research, training, auditing and as visiting faculty for PG programs. Served as API Auditor for 16 years, performed more than 700 audits for oil and gas, covering 74 Product specifications. Additional qualifications in welding, NDE methods, Six Sigma Black belt. His doctoral research (for Ph.D. from Gujarat University) focused on use of management systems to turnaround organizations from sickness to health. Dr. John holds a PG Diploma in Training & Development, enabling him to apply training methods suitable to achieve training objectives and participants learning abilities.
